Refund policy
Important: Please read the return policy carefully. No exceptions will be made, as you accepted the terms when you made your purchase.
Product returns:

Deadline: You have 30 days from receipt of the product to return it. If 30 days have passed, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Conditions: The returned product must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused and in its original packaging. Products for which hygiene is important must be thoroughly cleaned before the return process begins.

Exceptions: For hygiene reasons, certain products cannot be returned, such as underwear, socks, and certain body care products.
- Starting the process: To return a product, send an email to support@evelynandfamily.com, stating the order number, the reason for the return, a photo of the product if it has been damaged, and your contact details.
Refund:

Process: After receiving and inspecting the returned products, we will send you an email approving or rejecting the refund. If approved, the amount will be automatically refunded to your credit card or original payment method within 30 days.
Delayed or missing refunds: If you haven't received your refund after 30 days, please first check your bank account. If you still haven't received it, please contact us at support@evelynandfamily.com
Costs:

Refund costs: Postage and packaging costs: Refunds: All customers are responsible for the costs of returning items. We recommend that you send your returns using Track & Trace, as we are not responsible for lost shipments. Returns must be sent to China, and shipping costs start at €20 and are borne by the customer.
Exceptions:
- Defective or incorrect products: Upon receipt of a defective or incorrect product, we will send a new product free of charge. If the defect persists on the second attempt, the full purchase price will be refunded.
- Cancellation: Orders cannot be canceled after shipment due to our automated system.
